Using SolidPlan
By creating an account or using the website, web app or consulting services you agree to these terms. You must be 18 or older and able to form a binding contract, and you must provide accurate information.
Not legal, tax or accounting advice
SolidPlan provides compliance information, reminders and tools. It is not legal, tax or accounting advice and does not replace a licensed professional. Requirements vary by jurisdiction and change over time, so you remain responsible for your own filings and deadlines.
Your account
Keep your credentials confidential and tell us promptly about unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the people you invite to your organization.
Plans, billing and cancellation
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. Upgrades take effect immediately and the difference is prorated. When you cancel or downgrade, you keep paid access until the end of the current billing period, then move to the Free plan. Failed payments are retried automatically, and your plan may be downgraded if payment cannot be collected. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. Plan limits (such as the number of businesses, documents and team members) apply to your plan.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no unlawful activity, attempts to break or probe security, scraping, reselling without permission, or uploading content you have no right to share or that contains malware.
Your content
You keep ownership of the information and documents you upload. You give us permission to store and process them solely to provide the service to you.
Third-party services
The service relies on providers such as Stripe and email delivery services. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, SolidPlan is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for penalties, fees or losses resulting from missed or incorrect filings, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Termination
You may close your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or end access for violations of these terms or to protect the service or other users.
