Cookies on the contact form
After you send a message we set one strictly necessary cookie (sp_sub). It is signed, HttpOnly and lasts 24 hours. It only records when a message was sent from this browser, so we can pause the form for a few minutes and limit messages per day to stop spam and bots. It is not used for advertising or tracking.
Information we collect
We collect the information you give us: your name, email address, phone numbers, home and business addresses, business details (entity type, formation details, identifiers, licenses), documents you upload, and messages you send us. We also collect basic technical data such as device type, browser and IP address for security and troubleshooting.
Payment information
Payments are processed by Stripe. Card numbers go directly to Stripe and are never stored on SolidPlan servers. We keep your plan, billing status and Stripe customer reference so we can manage your subscription.
How we use information
To provide and improve the service, send deadline reminders and account notices, verify accounts, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
Only with service providers that help us run SolidPlan (for example payment processing, email delivery and hosting), with team members you invite to your organization, when you ask us to, or when the law requires it. Providers may use your information only to perform services for us.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit. Sensitive identifiers such as tax IDs are encrypted at rest. Access is limited by role, and you can add two-factor authentication to your account. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.
Retention and your choices
We keep information while your account is active and as needed for legal, tax and security purposes. You can update your profile or delete your account in Settings. Deleting your account cancels any paid subscription without a refund.
Cookies and local storage
We use local storage to keep you signed in and to remember preferences such as light or dark mode. We do not use advertising trackers.
Children
SolidPlan is for people 18 or older and is not directed to children.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above and, for material changes, notify you by email or in the app.
